Everything we make is covered for the life of the piece. If the stitching, the leather or the hardware fails, we repair it.
What is covered
Stitching that comes loose or breaks. Defects in the leather. Snaps, rivets and other hardware we fitted.
What is not covered
Normal wear, scratches and patina. Full-grain leather changes with use, and that is part of the piece. Damage from accidents, misuse, pets, fire or long soaking. Pieces altered or repaired by someone else. The steel flask, enamel mug or glass vials inside a leather piece. Lost or stolen items.
Who it covers
Every owner, not only the original buyer. If a MUSS piece was given to you, it is covered.
How to make a claim
Email hello@muss.co with a few photos and a short note on what happened. We will reply with the next steps. If a piece cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or a comparable piece.
