Refund policy

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Personalized & Custom Orders (Important)

Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., items with custom engravings, initials, or specific modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once an item is branded with your initials, it is uniquely yours.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@muss.co

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
