Thank you for visiting and shopping at Muss Craft & Outdoors. We are committed to delivering our handcrafted leather goods to you in the most reliable way.
1. Processing Time (Handcrafted for You)
Because every item is meticulously handcrafted in our Las Vegas studio, they are not sitting on a warehouse shelf.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Muss Craft & Outdoors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We highly recommend choosing a shipping method with insurance for high-value items.
6. Correct Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
